The Airport Business District is located to the west of Baiyun Airport and connected with Baiyun International Airport by Yingbin Avenue. Covering a planned area of 6 k㎡, it is a large business centre with an integration of air base, headquarters economy, business, finance, trade, catering, entertainment, noble residence, meeting and expo.

The major projects settled in Airport Business Centre include Hong Kong Hopewell New Town, with a total investment of 4 billion Yuan. Covering an area of 0.8 k㎡, it is a large project with a focus on logistics, business, residence, office and star hotels. Meanwhile, Shenzhen Airlines Guangzhou Branch and Hainan Airlines Guangzhou Branch, mainly engaged in air passenger transport, have settled here.

Novotel Baiyun Airport Guangzhou, the first five-star hotel in Huadu District, managed by Accor Hotels Group, officially started trial operation on 8th January, 2007; Huaju Junyue Grand Hotel, a five-star hotel invested by Tianjing Huaju Group, is mainly engaged in business, residence, office and catering; in addition, another five-star hotel, K. Wah CBD, invested by Hong Kong K. Wah Group, is under construction.
