A. Requirements for application for the approval of land use
a. Land-Use General Plan

c. Confirming land-use scale
B. Procedure for project construction:
a. Obtain the Opinion on Planning and Site Selection (40 working days);
b. File for pre-examination of using land with Bureau of State-Owned Land, Bureau of Environment Protection, and Bureau of Fire Prevention;
c. Obtain the planning permit of using land for construction purpose from the Bureau of Urban Planning of Guangzhou Municipality (4 months);
d. The user of the land and Guangzhou Municipal Administration of State Land, Resources and Housing enter into the contract for assigning the right to the use of the land;
e. Obtain the Land Use Certificate of State-owned Land from Guangzhou Municipal Administration of State Land, Resources and Housing
f. Obtain the Construction Project Planning Permit from the Bureau of Planning in Huadu District.
g. Obtain the building permit from the Bureau of Construction
h. Quality monitoring, safety monitoring, and construction supervision;
i. Receive inspection on the construction completion, and obtain certificate of ownership. |
