A preferential land price can be offered under the approval of the government to the projects with large investment, strong industry relation, high technology content, and strong tax generating capacity; a more preferential land price policies can be applied to the large projects with high technology level invested by World Top 500 enterprises and world famous multinational companies.

To reduce investors' starting cost and help the enterprises to grow up under less burden, Huadu Airport Economy Management Commission will offer the land to the investors at a reasonable price, basing on the national and local taxes the project will generate in the first profit-making year and within 3 and 5 years, and taking into consideration at the same time the repayment plan of the capital that Huadu Airport Economy Development Company invested in the infrastructure construction in the zone.
